Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 27, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Zero AI (“Zero AI”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website, applications, and AI video and image generation services (the “Service”). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — your name and email address when you sign in with Google or verify your email with a one-time code.
- Content you submit — prompts, images, audio, and other inputs you provide for generation, and the videos and images generated for you.
- Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe and Paystack; we do not store full card numbers. We keep records of your plans, credit balance, and transactions, and limited payment-method details (such as card brand, last four digits, and expiry) if you save a payment method.
- Usage and device information — log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken, used for security, rate limiting, and improving the Service.
3. How we use information
- To provide the Service: generating content, managing your account, credits, and subscriptions.
- To process payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To communicate with you about your account, generations, and important changes.
- To monitor, secure, and improve the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. How content generation works
To generate videos and images, your prompts and uploaded media are transmitted to the third-party AI model providers that power the Service. These providers process your inputs to produce your output and are bound by their own terms and privacy practices. Generated media and your uploads are stored in secure cloud object storage and served to you through time-limited signed links.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us operate the Service — AI model providers, payment processors (Stripe, Paystack), cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, and Google services used for sign-in and reCAPTCHA protection.
- Legal authorities when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Zero AI, our users, or the public.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy continues to apply.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and protect sign-up forms with Google reCAPTCHA. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though parts of the Service may not work without them.
7. Data retention
We keep your account information and generated content for as long as your account is active, and transactional records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. You may delete individual media from your library at any time; deleting your account removes your personal information except what we must retain by law.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, reach us through our contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and time-limited links for stored media. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children and may not be used by anyone under 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will give notice through the Service or by email before the changes take effect. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
