1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zero AI (“Zero AI”, “we”, “us”), including our website, applications, and AI video and image generation services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Zero AI lets you generate videos and images from text prompts, images, and audio using artificial-intelligence models. Generations are powered in part by third-party AI model providers, and the availability, quality, and behaviour of specific models may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account (via Google sign-in or email verification) and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4. Credits, subscriptions, and payments

• The Service operates on a credit system. Generations consume credits based on the model, duration, quality, and other options shown before you submit a job.
• Credits are obtained through subscription plans or one-off top-ups, processed by our payment providers (Stripe and Paystack). Plan prices and included credits are shown at checkout in your selected currency.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; credits remain usable for the remainder of the current period.
• If a generation fails, the credits it consumed are automatically refunded to your balance. Except where required by law, purchases are otherwise non-refundable, and credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• New accounts may receive free trial credit at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
• is sexually exploitative, depicts minors inappropriately, or is non-consensual intimate imagery;
• harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence against any person or group;
• deceptively impersonates a real person or organisation, or is intended to mislead (including undisclosed deepfakes of real people);
• infringes the intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
• contains malware or attempts to compromise the Service or other users.

You also agree not to abuse the platform — including circumventing rate limits or credit accounting, scraping, reselling access without our consent, or reverse engineering the Service. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Your content and generated output

You retain ownership of the prompts, images, and audio you upload (“Input”). Subject to these Terms and to the terms of the underlying model providers, you own the videos and images generated for you (“Output”) and may use them commercially. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, and transmit your Input and Output as needed to operate the Service (for example, sending prompts to model providers and storing results so you can access them).

AI-generated content may be similar to content generated for other users, and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing Output before relying on it or publishing it, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that generations will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 6–8) survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will give notice through the Service or by email before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
